Michael J. Nysather

Michael J. Nysather, Esq. se graduó en la Universidad Estatal de Arizona, donde obtuvo sus títulos en Finanzas y Sector Inmobiliario en 1988, y su Doctorado en Jurisprudencia en San Diego en 1991.

Michael cuenta con una amplia trayectoria en negocios, desarrollo inmobiliario y finanzas, habiendo trabajado en los departamentos jurídicos internos de John Burnham & Company en San Diego, así como en Heitman Financial, Ltd., en San Francisco, California.

Antes de dedicarse al ejercicio privado de la abogacía, Michael participó en la creación y el crecimiento de varias corporaciones con sede en Arizona. Fue cofundador de Global Fulfillment Services, Inc. (“GFS”), un proveedor de servicios de gestión de promociones con sede en Phoenix, Arizona. GFS llegó a convertirse en una de las mayores empresas de reembolsos en el sector de la gestión promocional.

Michael dedicó su tiempo como voluntario en Operation American Patriot (OAP), donde formó parte de la junta directiva como asesor jurídico principal y se comprometió a prestar servicios legales a los veteranos y sus familias.

En 1994, fundó Wade & Nysather, P.C., junto con su socio Michael Wade, que evolucionó hasta convertirse en Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys, un bufete especializado en accidentes de automóvil, homicidio culposo y casos de lesiones personales.

En su tiempo libre, Michael disfruta viajando, esquiando, jugando al golf y pasando tiempo con su familia.
