The State of Arizona requires all drivers to have a minimum amount of liability insurance limits. Currently, the minimum liability limits each driver carry for bodily injury is $15,000 per person, and $30,000 per accident. Recently, these limits increased to $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident.
