Arizona to Increase Mandatory Liability Insurance Limits Effective July 1, 2020.

The State of Arizona requires all drivers to have a minimum amount of liability insurance limits. Currently, the minimum liability limits each driver carry for bodily injury is $15,000 per person, and $30,000 per accident. Recently, these limits increased to $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident. Wade & Nysather recommends all drivers contact their insurance agent to get more information regarding these changes and to make sure you have the appropriate insurance limits for your particular situation. For additional information, please visit https://azdot.gov/motor-vehicles/faq-motor-vehicle-division/vehicle-services-faq/mandatory-insurance-faq
