Most attorneys and law firms will not handle property damage claims.\u00a0 Wade &amp; Nysather, P.C. will handle your property damage claim for free if we take your personal injury case.\u00a0 Honestly, unlike personal injury claims, attorneys do not add value to your claim, but we facilitate your claim in an effort to get you a rental car, when appropriate, and hopefully expedite the repair of your vehicle, or in the case of a total loss, make sure that you receive fair market value for your vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>In most cases, the at-fault party is responsible for covering the costs associated with your property damage claim. If that driver doesn\u2019t have insurance or doesn\u2019t have enough insurance to cover the cost of the damages, your insurance may have to cover these costs.
