FREE CASE REVIEW
Mr. Nysather is a graduate of Arizona State University where he obtained degrees in Finance and Real Estate in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate from San Diego in 1991.
Attorney, Michael Nysather has a broad background in business, real estate development and finance, working in-house for John Burnham & Company in San Diego as well as Heitman Financial, Ltd., in San Francisco, California.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Nysather was involved in the start-up and growth of several Arizona based corporations. In 1996, he co-founded the start-up of Global Fulfillment Services, Inc., (“GFS”) a Phoenix, Arizona based promotion fulfillment service provider. GFS went on to become one of the largest rebate companies in the Promotion Fulfillment industry.
In 1998, Mr. Nysather formed Wade & Nysather, P.C., along with partner Michael Wade. Mr. Nysather’s practice specializes in automobile accidents, wrongful death and personal injury cases.
"I have found that the secret to our success is always placing out clients first! No exceptions!" - Michael Nysather
No matter how minor you believe the auto accident is, you always need to report it to the authorities. Write down names, addresses and phone numbers of any witnesses, and be sure the police officer provides you with a duplicate of the Motorist Exchange Info form. Phone your auto insurance broker as well as your auto insurance business immediately for additional directions.
In the event you don't report the auto crash, the insurance carrier may refuse payment of any claims you file afterwards. Your insurance carrier must notify you within 30 (thirty) days of receiving appropriate notice of the auto accident claim whether it'll pay or refuse your injury claim or that it's investigating the claim.
That depends. In case the auto accident wasn't entirely your fault, it is still possible to recover damages from the driver of the other automobile for the part of the injury that was his or her fault.
Arizona permits injured parties in Maricopa County to bring claims against the driver of the other automobile even if they were partly to blame.
What should I do if I'm in an automobile crash in Maricopa County?
In case the auto accident isn't my fault, do I need to let the insurance company of my automobile know about it, and, if I do, will they increase my insurance premiums?
If I received a traffic citation saying I was the reason for the auto crash? Do I still have a case?
